Analysis of miRNA Changes in the prelimbic cortex of Rat with Chronic Neuropathic Pain

Neuropathic pain (NP) is a complex, chronic pain condition caused by injury or dysfunction affecting the somatosensory nervous system. This study aimed to identify crucial miRNA in prelimbic cortex (PL) involved in NP rats. miRNA microarrays were applied in the present study.神经病理性疼痛（Neuropathic Pain, NP）是一类因躯体感觉神经系统损伤或功能异常引发的复杂慢性疼痛病症。本研究旨在鉴定神经病理性疼痛模型大鼠前边缘皮层（Prelimbic Cortex, PL）中发挥关键作用的微小RNA（microRNA, miRNA）。本研究采用miRNA微阵列技术开展相关实验。
