Adaptive Maintenance tasks of Payment Processing System Dataset

Dataset comprised of 400 adaptive maintenance tasks from 90 different projects, collected from a large multinational FinTech company specializing in Payment Processing, having presence in Europe, Asia Pacific and United States, with over 1,000 employees .Relevant data items were collected from internal documentation (prepared by operational teams) of actual past adaptive maintenance tasks. Documentation used included system setup records, configuration guides, and compliance checklists.

The data columns include the factors which have a direct influence on adaptive maintenance tasks effort estimation. These factors includes Number of Network Mandate Checks, Number of ComplianceChecks, Number of Third Party Integration, Number of Services, Number of Parameters, Number of Reports, Number of Alerts, Number of TestCases, Number of Years of operations Experience, Actual Effort and Expert Judgment Effort in Person Days
