OSA PRS

This repository provides the weights used to construct polygenic risk scores (PRS) for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). We include two versions of the PRS weights: one adjusted for BMI and one unadjusted for BMI. To facilitate standardized interpretation, we also provide scaled PRSsum values based on the TOPMed dataset. Scaling was performed using the mean and standard deviation (SD) of each PRS in TOPMed. Using a uniform scaling approach ensures that effect size estimates derived from these PRSs can be interpreted comparably across different studies and populations.
