Time-resolved results of energy system optimization in the PoWerD project

This repository contains result data from the energy system optimizations performed in the PoWerD project with the open source tool eTraGo. The repository data focusses on time-resolved data on redispatch potential for electrolysis in Germany. More data and information is available on the project website: https://www.h2-powerd.de/ The redispatch potential for electrolysis is calculated at each grid connection point. Due to the necessary use of complexity reduction methods, the number of grid connection points is reduced to 200. Each grid connection point represents a region. Because of the applied complexity reduction methodology, the regions differ for the different scenarios. The provided redispatch potential is a combination of electrolysis usage declared by our methodology as redispatch reduction, as well as the remaining redispatch at the grid connection point. The data is stored with a resolution of 5 hours for one year.
