Investigation of qualitative formation of lake DOM by the whole lake BC or Limnohabitans isolate

In order to compare the qualitative formation potential of lake DOM by bacterial community and by Limnohabitans isolate (isolated from Lake Biwa by R2A agar), we cultured bacterial community and Limnohabitans isolate in sterilized lake water and compared its DOM structure after cultivation. Before and after the cultivation, we did ampli-consequensing in order to know the bacterial community structure and to make sure Limnohabitans was purely cultured.
