This dataset contains flow cytometry files (.fcs) from cell sorting experiments of cultured cells of the bacterium Polaribacter sp. KT25b grown in culture and Aurantivirga spp. collected from the German bight in May 2020 using fluorescence in situ hybridisation (FISH) and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Minimum Information for Flow Cytometry (MIFlowCyt) can be found in the respective folders.
The purpose of these FACS experiments was investigate the compatibility of FISH and FACS with mass spectrometry-based proteomics.
