Data from: Stall force measurement of the kinesin-3 motor KIF1A using a programmable DNA origami nanospring

This dataset contains fluorescence microscopy video data (.avi) of DNA origami nanosprings used to measure the force generated by the kinesin-3 motor protein KIF1A. The dataset includes recordings for wild-type KIF1A and multiple disease-related KIF1A mutants (e.g., V8M, A255V, P305L), organized into separate directories. Each video captures nanospring extension under force, which can be used to quantify stall force and analyze motor dynamics.
