Sample The sample of the research consisted of a total of 30 volunteer individuals between the ages of 18-45 with scoliosis curvature of 10-30 degrees. The sample size was determined as a result of power analysis using the G*Power (version 3.1.9.4) package program. As a result of the power analysis, it was calculated that 95% power could be obtained at a 95% confidence level (with a 0.05 margin of error) when at least 30 people were included in the study.Inclusion Criteria - Being between the ages of 18-45 - Having a scoliosis curvature of 10-30 degrees - Having signed the Informed Volunteer Consent Form (ICF) - Agreeing to participate in the research voluntarily.Exclusion Criteria - Not having signed the ICF - Not having scoliosis - Being younger than 18 or older than 45 - Having undergone spine surgery in the last 6 months - Having any health problem that would prevent exercise.
