本项目经过8年研究和5年推广,建立了福建省非豆科共生固氮菌Frankia菌株资源库,系统研究了Frankia菌株生物学特性,测定4个菌株16S rDNA基因序列,明确了福建省Frankia菌株的分类地位、类群组成和宿主侵染特异性,阐明了福建省Frankia菌株具有丰富的表型、生理生化和遗传多样性,筛选了一批优良、耐盐菌株,提出了Frankia在木麻黄沿海防护林和杨梅水土保持林中的高效应用技术。
