Synthetic Arabidopsis Dataset

We introduce a synthetic dataset of 10,000 top down color images of Arabidopsis plants. Leaf instance segmentation labels for each image are also presented. This dataset was designed to accompany the real dataset provided with the Leaf Segmentation Challenge of the Computer Vision Problems in Plant Phenotyping.本研究构建了一个包含10000张拟南芥（Arabidopsis）植株顶视彩色图像的合成数据集，所有图像均配有对应的叶片实例分割标注。本数据集专为配套植物表型计算机视觉问题挑战赛（Computer Vision Problems in Plant Phenotyping）旗下叶片分割挑战赛（Leaf Segmentation Challenge）所提供的真实数据集而设计。
