V3V4 16S rRNA NGS of microbial fouling, developing at the water output of 2150-m-deep well (Biragzang, North Ossetia, Russia))

V3V4 16S rRNA NGS of a mixed water and microbial fouling sample, designated as sample OB-3, which was collected at the outlet of well 1-BT with a depth of 2150 m, located at Biragzang, North Ossetia. From this sample, Eximiradius proteiniborus was isolated, the first cultured representative of the "Kapaibacteriia" line (= OPB56).
