RNA-seq in tendrils and leaves of muskmelon Fuyukei 1

We performed RNA-seq analysis on 'Fuyukei 1' melon (Cucumis melo L. var. reticulatus, 'Earl's Favorite' type) to investigate the expression patterns of YABBY and TCP transcription factor genes in tendrils. The plants were cultivated in a greenhouse, and total RNA was extracted from both young and mature tendrils, as well as leaves. Fastq datasets were generated through DNBSEQ 150-bp paired-end sequencing.
