1-km gridded European crop-specific irrigated area for each year from 2010 to 2020 (version 2)

The European crop-specific irrigated area dataset version 2 (ECIRAv2) provides crop-specific irrigated and rainfed areas distinguishing 16 crop types across 28 European countries from 2010 to 2020. For specific information about the dataset please check the 'Readme.txt'. Please note that this manuscript is currently under review at Nature Scientific Data, and any potential updates to the ECIRA dataset will be reflected in future versions if applicable. This is the second version of the ECIRA dataset. Compared to the first version, the most significant improvement is the constraint applied to the sum of 16 crop-specific AAI, which is now limited to a maximum of 100. Therefore, the crop-specific AAI was also updated accordingly. For details of the modifications, please refer to the GitHub Readme.
