We report the first time of the transcriptome difference between IL35- and PBS-injected ischemic muscle after hindlimb ischemia, specifically in isolated CD45-CD31+ endothelial cell Overall design: After single cell suspension, we specifically isolated CD45-CD31+ bona fide EC from the ischemic muscle at day 0, and 14 after hindlimb ischemia surgery using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). About 0.1 million cells were collected for RNA extraction and deep-sequencing. Single-end reads at 75 bp with 30 million reads per sample were generated for bioinformatic analysis.
