Genome wide expression profiling of S.pombe upon Atf1 over expression in ?pcr1 background

The gene expression profile can be correlated with the morphogenetic change observed in cells where Atf1 has been over expressed in ?pcr1 background Overall design: Differential gene expression studies were carried out following over-expression experiments in S. pombe transformants (?pcr1+f and ?pcr1+Atf1). Here we conducted an analysis to put forth the altered gene expression pattern in conditions where certain genes were over-expressed in presence or absence of another gene(s), as compared to physiological conditions.
