This dataset is developed based on spatial single-cell transcriptomic data of liver cancer, and systematically documents the spatial distribution and gene expression profiles of distinct cell populations within liver cancer tissues through the integration of cutting-edge single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and spatial transcriptomic technologies. It covers comprehensive transcriptomic information for multiple cell types including tumor cells, immune cells, stromal cells and other relevant cell subtypes, and precisely captures their spatial distribution traits and functional heterogeneity in liver cancer tissues. By integrating high-resolution spatial information, researchers can thoroughly dissect the interactions and dynamic alterations of distinct cell types in the liver cancer microenvironment, thereby providing novel research perspectives and reliable data support for precision diagnosis and personalized treatment of liver cancer.
