Population-Specific Biomarker Dataset for Alcohol Use Disorder in Uzbekistan
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains anonymized hematological, biochemical, anthropometric and clinical data collected from 292 male patients with stage II alcohol use disorder (AUD) and 49 healthy controls in Uzbekistan. The dataset includes two patient subgroups: AUD without viral infection (n = 251) and AUD with confirmed hepatitis B/C/HIV coinfection (n = 41). Parameters include blood biochemical markers (AST, ALT, bilirubin, creatinine, glucose, urea, total protein, α-amylase), hematological indices (Hb, WBC, PLT, lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes, ESR, MPV, MCV), and derived clinical indices (FIB-4, De Ritis ratio, MAP, BMI).The dataset supports the findings of the manuscript “Population-Specific Biomarker Signatures in Alcohol Use Disorder: Ethnic and Viral Influences in a Central Asian Cohort.”All records are fully anonymized and contain no personal identifiers. Data are provided for open scientific use and reproducibility, and may be used for statistical analysis, machine learning, and comparative population studies.
