Brightfield Images of Factor Deficient Plasma Clots

This dataset contains more than 7,000 microscopic images of plasma clots from normal and prolonged clotting time pooled plasmas, as well as three factor deficient pooled plasmas: VIII, IX, and XI. Clotting was induced by a standard PTT (partial thromboplastin time) methodology and the plasma was placed on a microscope slide. Images were taken via brightfield microscopy.
