Liver organoid models are recognized as highly valuable tools for evaluating potential therapies and modeling liver diseases. In this study, we aimed to characterize an organoid model of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) using transcriptome sequencing, screen for differentially expressed genes (DEGs), and investigate the underlying mechanisms.
