The main objective of this study was to analyze codon optimality in relation to somatic hypermutation in natural V(D)J repertoires. Overall design: Spleens from 5 mice previously infected (34wpi) with influenza A NL09 were pooled. Pooled splenocyte B cells were sorted and analyzed by 10x Genomics 5' scRNA-seq. V(D)J libraries are provided.
