This dataset was generated during the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer in the Department of Urology at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and deeply integrates the diagnostic and therapeutic expertise of Professor Ding Guoqing in the field of prostate cancer. It encompasses comprehensive multimodal data, including diagnostic, surgical, chemoradiotherapy, imaging examination and clinical records, with its data modalities covering disease descriptions, medical imaging reports, structured treatment information and clinical data. This dataset is specifically dedicated to the modeling and training of Professor Ding Guoqing's AI digital avatar for prostate cancer. Its application scenarios fully cover the entire workflow of prostate cancer management, including early screening, precise diagnosis, surgical planning, postoperative rehabilitation and long-term follow-up. This dataset enables the AI digital avatar to interpret medical reports and recommend personalized treatment plans, helping to improve the standardization of prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment, enhance the postoperative quality of life of patients, and promote research in precision surgery and oncology.
