scRNA-seq analysis of liver nonparenchymal cells from the mouse model of CCl4-induced liver fibrosis

We performed scRNA-seq analysis on livers from the mouse model of CCl4-induced liver fibrosis. The scRNA-seq analysis showed that CTGF expression was increased only in zone 2 LSECs, and that YAP was not activated in any cluster of LSECs. Overall design: After liver perfusion with pronase and collagenase, hepatocytes were removed via low-speed centrifugation, and dead cells and erythrocytes were removed via density gradient centrifugation.
