Endometrium and placenta Pig transcriptome

RNA sequencing was performed on maternal pig endometrium samples supplying fetuses and fetal adjacent placenta samples at the end of gestation to measure mRNA and long non-coding RNA genes. This study is a component of the COLOcATION project (ANR20-CE20-0020-01), which aims to investigate the communication between the fetus and mother associated with fetal maturation. The study uses an integrative omics approach, including transcriptome analyses, and an integrative tissue approach to investigate the two adjacent tissues, placenta and endometrium and their dialog. Any use of this dataset must comply with the FAANG data sharing principles. The dataset is published under the CC BY SA 4.0 (Creative Commons) license.
