RNA-Sequencing of BMP8B overexpressing Hep3B and control cells

RNA-Sequencing of BMP8B overexpressing Hep3B and control cells BMP8B expressing cell clones were established by stable transfection of Hep3B cells (RRID:CVCL_0326; ATCC HB-8064) with a pCMV3-BMP8B expression plasmid (#HG21945-UT, Sino Biological) using Lipofectamine plus method (Life Technologies, Germany). Mock controls were transfected with a negative control vector (#CV011, Sino Biological, China). The BMP8B overexpressing and control cells were seeded and cultured for 48h.
