Description DADLPTL dataset: Alternaria Disease and Leafminer Pest on Images of Tomato Leaves:First, the infection of leaves with Alternaria disease and Leafminear pest is diagnosed by a plant pathologist on the located farm in Vali-e-Asr University of Rafsanjan study. Images of leaves were prepared from the greenhouse of Vali-e-Asr University in Rafsanjan on May 2015. These leaves are then transferred to the laboratory in a short time to confirm the presence of Alternaria on them (see Figure 1).A Canon IXUS 960 IS 12/1 Mega pixel digital camera is used for database photography. The database is composed of 172 images of tomato leaves infected with both Alternaria disease and Leafminear pest as well as 100 healthy tomato leaves. Images of our dataset are composed of tomato leaves with both Alternaria disease and Leafminear pest. The photography is done with a vertical distance of 50 cm and under the condition of natural light. The images have a resolution of 3072×4608 pixels. Leaf images in this database consists of two subsets:1.A set of images of original leaves.2.A set of labeled images.An example of naming four areas of the image (including areas of background, healthy leaf, Alternaria disease and leafminear pest) is shown in Figure 2 according to their labels.
