Datasets -- supplemental material for ISWC'22 review

This Zenodo digital object contains three different datasets as supplemental material in support of verifiability and reproducibility of submission #288 for review at ISWC 2022 Research Track:

local_redis_data.tar.gz contains a data dump (dump.rdb) for import into a local Redis instance that captures part of the Wikidata knowledge graph used by the entity linker

local_elastic_data.tar.gz contains two json files (db_sitelinks-index_data.json and db_sitelinks-index_mappings.json) for import into a local Elasticsearch index to capture part of the Wikidata knowledge graph used by the entity linker

corpus-json-extract.tar.gz contains the json representation of metadata (and over 120,000 HTML-formatted tables) drawn from over 62,700 PMC articles -- to be used for reproducing table characterization counts
