Tetrahymena thermophila Twi8p-associated small RNAs

The aim of this dataset was to determine the small RNAs associated with the Tetrahymena thermophila PIWI protein Twi8p during vegetative growth, starvation, and conjugation. Small RNAs were obtained by immunoprecipitating epitope-tagged Twi8p expressed from the endogenous TWI8 locus. The tagged Twi8p was the cell's only source of Twi8p.
