Data_and_scripts_for_analyses.tar.gz

This folder includes the scripts and data used in the analyses in this paper.
There are 6 sections, namely "01_genome_assembly", "02_gene_model_prediction", "03_repeat_annotation", "04_macrosynteny_analyses", "05_gene_family_evolution_analyses", and "06_microRNA_analyses".

For the sequencing data in sections "01_genome_assembly", "02_gene_model_prediction" and "06_microRNA_analyses", please refer to Supplementary Table 1 for the access of these raw data.

For sections "04_macrosynteny_analyses" and "05_gene_family_evolution_analyses", the input data are provided in the "data" directory for the analyses. The details (genome statistics, accession number and reference) of these data are provided in Supplementary Table 4.
