Full-sibling larvae of P. daedalea were individually genotyped using 2bRAD. The original goal of this project was to develop a genetic linkage map. Sequence analysis revealed that the sequencing libraries were insufficient for this purpose, but they remain useful as a reference for identifying 2bRAD tags present in pure coral material lacking algal symbionts.
