The aim of the experiment was to study the transcriptome changes occuring after doxycycline treatment of the enriched vascular smooth muscles (eVSM) population. A total of 9 samples were analyzed. A2lox.empty ESCs were differentiated for 3 days. Flk1+ cells were isolated and were cultured in BL-CFC culture for 1 day. eVSM (CD41-/VE-cad-) cell population was FACS-sorted. We collected total RNA from eVSM before hemogenic endothelium (HE) culture (t0), eVSM–dox (24h post-HE culture) and eVSM+dox (24h post-HE culture). Each sample group was analyzed by microarray using 3 biological replicates.
