资源简介:
This longitudinal targeted metabolomics study identified dynamic metabolic alterations associated with secondary major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) following myocardial infarction. Serial LC-MS/MS profiling revealed dysregulation of amino acid, purine, and lipid metabolism, particularly involving branched-chain amino acids, arginine-related metabolites, and oleic acid. Integration with clinical parameters demonstrated strong associations between metabolic disturbances and cardiovascular outcomes. These findings highlight the potential of longitudinal metabolomic monitoring to improve cardiac risk stratification, enable earlier detection of disease progression, and support personalized post-MI patient management.
