Uncovering Lipopolysaccharide Regulation in Bacteria via the Critical Lipid Binding Tunnel of YciS/YciM

This database includes the SDS-PAGE of YciS containing a His tag or Strep tag, and the SDS-PAGE of YciS/YciM membrane complex which His tag was attached to N terminus of YciS or YciM. The growth condition of yciM or yciSM deletion strain was also included. LPS level of yciM deletion strain was revealed by Tricine-SDS-PAGE and silver staining. This database also contains the growth condition of mutants of YciM's lipid binding tunnel.
