These data files were collected during research that has been published in an article: 'Influence of the workpiece accumulated heat on the bead forming and microstructural material properties in LMD-wire cladding process'.The article explains how we measured and processed these data.The data files are named according to this logic. The first part indicates the type of data contained within. Then there is information about power [w], wire feed rate [mm/s] and transverse speed [mm/min]. The last part is the workpiece number. sinpyrIn sinpyr files, there are data on the tool centre point (TCP) position and temperature from the pyrometer, which are synchronised to one timeline. The data is in a table with the following columns: time [s], position x [mm], position y [mm], position z [mm] and temperature from the pyrometer [°C]. HeightThe height file contains multiple columns. The first column shows the TCP position in the z direction. The other columns contain heights in mm from radial sections. The difference between the two sections is 2.4 degrees. TKThe TK files contain data from the IR camera. The first column contains the time [s], and the other columns contain the temperatures [°C] for the pixels from the line described in picture 3c) in the article. DilutionThe dilution dataset contains the measured values that were used to calculate the dilution.
