Ipomoea aquatica transcriptome and miRNA data were generated from leaf and root tissues. In this study, salt stress was applied by treating the plants with 100mg of salt and RNA was extracted from both leaf and root tissues. We extracted RNA in 3 time points (control, early and late) for the differential gene expression analysis. Control: no salt stress; Early: RNA extracted in 24 hours; Late: RNA extracted in 7th day.
