IPTO Workforce Management and Task Allocation Dataset

Operational records from the Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO - ΑΔΜΗΕ) covering three working centres in central and northern Greece (2023–2024): the Central Greece Protection Working Centre, the Northern Greece Sub-Saharan Africa Working Centre, and the Central Greece and Western Macedonia General Directorate Working Centre. The dataset contains 789 documented tasks, each characterised by a unique status code (APOL, UPNO, PLAN, ISOL, NISO, WISO, SCHD, ISOP, ISOA) indicating network impact (e.g. isolation requirements), urgency, and personnel requirements. Personnel records include working centre assignment, wage rates, work schedule, and employment relationship type
