Data and code for: Feedstock and Aging Regulate Two-Slope Aggregation of Biochar Nanoparticles across Salinity Gradients

This corrected public release contains the experimental source files retained after a data-governance screen, processed data, analysis code, data dictionary, file map, SHA-256 manifest, and figures supporting the manuscript “Feedstock and Aging Regulate Two-Slope Aggregation of Biochar Nanoparticles across Salinity Gradients.” Version 1.1.0 removes unrelated reference manuscripts and templates, administrative and service-request materials, duplicate rendered reports, unused exploratory files, and nonessential contact information from the previous archive. No scientific data, analysis results, or manuscript conclusions changed. Measurements include dynamic light scattering aggregation kinetics, particle-size distributions, zeta potential, surface-complexation titrations, elemental and surface composition, microscopy, spectroscopy, gas sorption, carbon measurements, and natural-water experiments. The same capped one-slope and continuous two-slope aggregation models were applied to all eight biochar nanoparticle samples. Because the processed comparison file contains one mean attachment-efficiency estimate per concentration and does not retain replicate-level attachment-efficiency variance, the model-comparison outputs are exploratory rather than replicate-level inference.
