资源简介:

Abstract (English): This dataset accompanies the manuscript titled "Horizontal versus vertical scleral tunnel orientation in flanged intrascleral fixation: a hypothesis-generating 2-year retrospective comparative study". It includes the complete anonymized patient data, statistical analysis outputs (SPSS/R), anterior segment OCT measurements, and supplementary materials supporting the findings of the study. The dataset enables replication of the primary and secondary analyses, including refractive predictability, IOL tilt, and complication profiles. Usage Notes: The dataset includes: Demographics and baseline characteristics (age, sex, BCVA, SE, axial length, etc.) Surgical details (tunnel orientation, surgeon, PPV status, surgical period) Outcome measures (2-year refraction, prediction error, IOL tilt, complications) Propensity score matching files and multivariable regression outputs Anonymized AS-OCT tilt measurements and Alpins vector analysis data Supplementary figures and tables (eFigures, eTables) Methods: Data were collected retrospectively from electronic medical records of 107 eyes undergoing flanged intrascleral IOL fixation between March 2022 and March 2024 at a single tertiary referral centre. All patients completed 24 months of follow-up. The primary outcome was the proportion of eyes achieving absolute prediction error ≤0.50 D. Secondary outcomes included IOL tilt, iris capture, conjunctival erosion, and vector astigmatism analysis. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS v28.0 and R v4.2.2.
