CPEB3 inhibits a cluster of signaling pathways associated with tumor progression. Gene expression profiling analysis was performed to identify the potential pathways of CPEB3. SW480 cells transfected with Cytoplasmic polyadenylation element binding protein 3 (CPEB3） or negative control（NC） were selected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
