A synthetic longitudinal benchmark dataset generated by a configurable simulator that produces 12-week daily panel data for 120–240 virtual participants per experiment. The dataset comprises six coordinated data streams: circadian exposure, screen use, clinical DED endpoints aligned to the TFOS framework, blink dynamics, molecular biomarkers, and time-varying confounders. Includes data schema, frozen temporal splits, pre-registered analysis plan, and benchmark code.
