In 2023, more than half (56.5 percent) of the amount that members of the Chilean Association of Media Agencies (AAM, as abbreviated in Spanish) spent on programmatic advertising went to video ads. Displays and audio respectively accounted for 43.4 and 0.1 percent of their programmatic ad expenditure that year. In 2023, the internet's share in Chile's total ad revenues surpassed 50 percent for the first time.
