Minutes of Meeting: IFLA Regional Council, 19 February 2025

The thirteenth meeting of the Regional Council 2023-2025 was held virtually on 19 February 2025. Items discussed during this meeting include welcome by the Regional Council Chair, followed by updates from Regional Division Committee Chairs, and Headquarters. Additionally, updates on the IFLA elections were shared. Other issues discussed were: the Review of the Regional Council Action Plan, and what is possible before the end of the mandate; Cooperation between RDCs and other regional actors; Communications update; Plans for the regional advocacy priorities survey 2025; Update on WLIC 2025; Update on work to strengthen IFLA’s regional structures to manage projects.
