Pearson’s correlation analysis of gene expression levels of 15 “candidate” DEGs determined by genome microarray and verified by qRT-PCR analyses. A Microsoft Excel file containing the average normalized expression levels (log2 ratios) of 15 candidate DEGs as determined by genome microarray analysis and verified by qRT-PCR analysis. The Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r = 0.9287; P ≤ 0.01, 11 degrees of freedom) indicates a highly significant correlation between gene expression levels obtained from both microarray and qRT-PCR analyses.
