HiChIPdb

HiChIP is an effective high-resolution contact map generation method with low read depth. To facilitate studies of 3D regulatory interactions and their potential roles in transcriptional control during normal development and disease, we curated this comprehensive HiChIP database, HiChIPdb. We aim to offer a promising avenue for researchers to investigate genome-wide chromatin interactions across different cell types in the context of various proteins of interest.HiChIP（HiChIP）是一种可实现低测序深度下高分辨率染色质接触图谱生成的高效技术。为推动三维调控互作及其在正常发育与疾病过程中对转录调控的潜在作用相关研究，我们构建了这款综合性HiChIP数据库HiChIPdb。本数据库旨在为研究者提供可靠的研究途径，以探索不同细胞类型中针对多种目标蛋白的全基因组染色质互作事件。
