资源简介:
The house dust mites (HDMs) Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus is one of the most common species of mites found in synanthropic environments, including house dust, beds, pholstery, and carpets. The prevalence of HDM allergen sensitization varies from 65 to 130 million affected individuals worldwide and reaches 50% among asthmatic patients. Previous studies have analysed the interaction between HDMs and their microbiomes. It is hypothesized that the presence of different types of bacteria could affect to the allergen expressions. Our objective is to analyse the microbiomes in different Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus populations obtaining from houses or in the pharmaceutic industry. Methods: 600 Adult mites from each sample (n=6) were isolated and cleaned by washing with ethanol (96%) and the DNA was extracted and stored at -20ºC. Then the bacteria in the mite microbimes were characterized by sequencing the 16 rRNA gene.
