DNA from different samples was extracted using the Quick-gDNA MicroPrep kit (Zymo Research, Irvine, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. The quantity and quality of DNA was measured using a spectrophotometer method (Tecan, Männedorf, Switzerland). Primers 338F 5′-ACTCCTACGGGAGGCAGCAG-3′ and 806R 5′-GGACTACHVGGGTWTCTAAT-3′ were used to amplify the V4 region of the 16SrRNA gene by Illumina MiSeq Instrument (Illumina Inc., San Diego, CA, USA) (Ren et al., 2017).
