Nitrogen Rate Response Data

The data presented is from an experiment evaluating the response of bermudagrass off-types and cultivars to increasing rates of nitrogen fertilizer. Rates included 0, 6, 12, 18, 24, or 48 kg nitrogen per hectare per week for four consecutive weeks. Grass samples included three, morphologically distinct off-type grasses and bermudagrass cultivars Champion, MiniVerde, and TifEagle. The response variable is clipping weight expressed as mg per square cm. The experiment was a completely randomized design with grass sample and nitrogen rate in a factorial treatment arrangement. Clippings were harvested 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after treatment and was included in the analysis as a repeated measure.
