Online resources for: High-resolution topsoil property maps for the agricultural zones of the Galápagos Islands

This repository contains the data products and code used to create digital soil property maps of agricultural zones in the Galápagos Islands with Quantile Regression Forest (QRF). To ensure reproducibility, we included the R code and raw data. However, some environmental covariates are third-party datasets distributed under their own licenses and are not included here. Users must obtain these data directly from the original providers. The directory structure follows the requirements of the R code, including an empty folder to store tiles.
