Data_BlackEggs.csv

Manually counted eggs and pixel numbers. For each strain (Souche), randomly chosen pictures (Nb) from randomly chosen tracks (Portoir) from serie (Lot) were both manually and automatically counted. Manual counts are the number of black eggs (noirs) and white eggs (blancs). The total number of eggs (all) is the sum of both black and white eggs. Automatic counts are the number of white pixels (W), black pixels (B) and pink pixels for background (Background). The estimated parasitism rate (txP) is the number of black pixels divided by the sum of white and black pixels.
