资源简介:
Instrument History: The biometer was installed in 2007 at Concordia to monitoring the evolution of ultraviolet radiation (UV) over the Antarctic plateau and to evaluate the influence of ozone depletion on UV. The biometer has been working perfectly until beginning of March 2008. Probably due to several electrical power failures, the temperature inside the UVB was no more regulated and decreased down to -60°C. The instrument has been severely damaged and is not working any more. There is no funding for the moment to replace the broken biometer. Instrument description: The biometer is a broadband radiometer commercialized by Solar Light (501 UV-Biometer Version 1.0). See http://www.solarlight.com/products/501.html for details. Algorithm description: The raw data daily provided by the instrument correspond to an erythemal dose every 5 minutes.
