RADseq of Fundulus diaphanus subspecies and hybrids

These sequences result from restriction site-associated DNA sequencing of Fundulus diaphanus diaphanus, Fundulus diaphanus menona, and hybrid individuals. Fin clips were taken from each individual, processed using the BestRAD protocol with the Sbfi restriction enzyme, and sequenced at the Roy J. Carver Sequencing Center at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Sequencing was done on an Illumina Novaseq 6000 with 1 lane, paired-reads, a read length of 150, and on an SP flowcell. Sequences were demultiplexed using the Stacks bioinformatics pipeline and are now in a fastq format.
